We're baaaaaack ! Dang, we've missed everyone, but we're rested, bored, and back in the saddle !

 

This week's sale is a nice one, beautiful everything, it seems like. The home is located at 532 Oak Drive,

in Lake Jackson, off That Way. (Remember, we abide by the rule of the city, only a sign in the yard where

the sale is held) The home sits back off the road, so parking on the street is where you'll be. Please, do NOT

park alongside the driveway, nor block the driveway, the ground is really, really soft. Don't block other

driveways, fire hydrants, and please leave room for vehicular traffic to pass through. Also, in Lake Jackson,

it's a big, ticketable no-no to park up on the curbs, and you should be parked going the direction of traffic.

 

The sale will be Friday-Saturday, May 22-23. PLEASE NOTE THE END TIME ON FRIDAY. Friday, sale time

will be 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m., Saturday, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m. The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00 Friday

morning, and we'll begin calling the names from the list around 8:45. The homeowner has asked for no

children in the home/sale area during peak hours.

 

Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders or pack mules for your large or bulky items, you need to make

your own arrangements, please.

it's about 36 miles from my house, AND, it's in a house that's within walking distance from Kelly's Country

Kitchen......uh hellooooooo, great food, fun sale, yep, we'll see y'all there ! Then, we have several more sales

in the Lake Jackson area.
