Estate Liquidators
Description & Details
This week's sale has items for just about everyone ! It's going to be held at 3914
Old Angleton Rd.,(also known as County Rd. 288), just North of the overpass at FM
2004, across from County Rd. 687. It'll be held Friday and Saturday, September,(SEPTEMBER ??? How did the months go by so quickly ???), 11th-12th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00a.m. on Friday, and we'll begin calling names from the list around 8:45. Even if you want to shop in the shed and barn, you need to be signed up on the list, please. Be polite to your fellow shoppers.
Parking will be tight. We'll mark the parking limits with yellow tape, DO NOT PARK
IN THE YARD !!!!!! The homeowner does NOT want the yard rutted up. Don't make
me go all grouchified on y'all......
If you bring children with you, they MUST stay with a parent, handler, or ring-master
at ALL times. If you choose to ignore this rule, you'll be asked to leave.
Large or bulky items will be marked with two-part tags. If you'd like to buy an
item, please take the BOTTOM part of the tag only. If you change your mind
about a purchase, please find an EL worker, and give the tag to them, so they
can make it available for someone else to purchase. You also need to make your
own arrangements to have your items carried from the sale, Estate Liquidators
does NOT provide loaders nor pack mules.
This sale will have two checkout areas, one in the house, one in the barn area.
We'd prefer that shop/barn items be paid for in that area. The owner could not
get the tractor, four wheeler, boats, and a couple of trailers removed from the
property before the sale. These items will be marked "not for sale".
This month marks the beginning of the 20th year of Estate Liquidators, believe
it or not. Dianne Oswald started the business as a wonderful service to the families
of Brazoria County. We miss her constantly, and strive to be what she would want
us to be. We'll be celebrating with coffee,(yep, it's HOT coffee-this ain't no
McDonald's, folks !), and cookies for our customers. Thank you all for being
part of our extended family.
