**ROAD IS NARROW. PROCEED WITH CAUTION**

This is a TRUE PICKERS PARADISE! 4 outbuildings and 3 run down houses are included on approximately 1/2 acre. There are 8 generations of treasures to be found here!! Some which have not seen the light of day in decades (we actually had to cut the lock off of 2 buildings on our consult). The family has lived on this property for 40+ years.  They call it their "family commune."  Now, only the youngest remain who have decided to move on.

A little history on the property: 

The houses were originally purchased from the Henderson’s of Lake Worth.  The main house operated as a restaurant with viewing areas of the lake/casino.  The property at the lake, were told previous owners stored alcohol in the basement of both the main and lake house during prohibition and may have delivered said product across the lake via boat to the casino. 

The grandmother was an aircraft worker.  They called her “Rosie the Riveter” after the famed female recruiting campaign of WWII as that’s primarily what she did during her time at General Dynamic’s.  The grandfather was in the construction Industry who served in the United States Navy.  The Great-Grandfather lived at the house on the lake while the parents and grandparents lived at the main house / guest house.  It is believed they purchased this property in the late 1960’s.

Come prepared for some down and dirty digging. Buildings are packed full of unopened boxes and bags. We have no clue what all there is or the condition it is in. Most prices will be given on the fly. FAIR deals will be made and accepted. We will even let you purchase all the contents of a building, sight unseen for a reasonable and fair price!

Any injuries or accidents which may occur WILL NOT be the responsibility of the homeowners, property owners, city, Rustrial Renovations, or any personnel. 

We understand that digging requires moving some trash around but even trash can be contained. We will provide trash bags /receptacles if needed and as available. You are more than welcome to bring your own. We just need to be considerate of the homeowners as they plan to remain on the property for a while longer.

There will also be several amazing items available next door if you do not wish to go picking (see the other ad).
