Online Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection of pictures is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.
* Buyer's premium rate of 15% will be charged.
* Payment types that we accept include MC, VISA, AMEX, DIscover
* Any surcharges or discounts for payment types.
* Winning bidders are expected to make payments within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction. * * Failure to pay in a timely fashion may result in the revoking of your ability to bid in future auctions.
* We have a limited storage area so all purchases must be removed in a timely manner. Any purchased items that remain in our possession after 30 days will be assumed as abandoned and no refunds will be issued for the items purchased.
* Shipping fees will be charged to winning bidders. Fees include packing and shipping by a 3rd party vendor. Insurance is not included but you may request to have insurance coverage added to your invoice if you desire.
*If you reside near Collin County and win multiple items we can work with you to arrange local pickup after pickup if you so desire. Please note that due to COVID restrictions payment must be made in advance and in-person pickup must be scheduled for a designated time frame. Masks must be worn if picking up your items in person.
* We are based in Collin County, TX and any leagal disputes must be filed in our area of jurisdiction
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the Internet online auction in the case of system failures
