Prices will not be quoted prior or during the sale. We welcome all offers but your offer will be considered last day of sale, if it is less than asking price.
YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO LEAVE AN OFFER TO BE CONSIDERED ON LAST DAY OF SALE.
CASH ONLY, we will hold intended purchases with a deposit. Tax will be charged on your purchases. If you have a Tax Id Please bring
it, if we don't already have you on file.
Please don't ask for discounts the first day. As always you are welcome to leave a reasonable offer on anything.
All items are SOLD AS IS.
DISCOUNTS WILL HAPPEN ON LAST DAY OF SALE.
Please check all electrical items before purchasing.
Be prepared to load your purchases, if you need to arrange for additional help, or to come back another day we can set a time for you to pick up your items.
The only exception on discounted items is the refrigerator/freezer (a reserve has been placed on it.)
All items need to be picked up by closing on the last day. Bring help and or a dolly.
Boxes and paper always welcome.

Everything MUST go by last day. Be prepared to load your purchases there will be no one to help from our end on this sale.
