This House was originally owned by Milby Butler, son of League City’s founder. Milby Butler became a Cattle Rancher and developed a new breed of Long horn Cattle known as the Butler Longhorn . His house was sold in 1971 and moved to its current location where it was abandoned for a number of years. This early League City Ranch House was purchased by a gentleman who loved it and furnished it in the Ranch and Long horn theme. The owner was also a Proud Vietnam Veteran who worked lovingly with War Dogs. He also was a retired Galveston Military Police Officer and loved the Island. His interests are showcased throughout this home. We are honored to present his Estate to you.
