This will be a three day sale, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, All three days we will be open from 9am until 3pm.
All items are SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY, please inspect all items before you Purchase (No Returns). There are many Antiques we will have some packing materials available but you may want to plan for packing delicate items to get them home safely.
We will not be responsible for accidents ( Enter the property at your own risk.)
You must provide your own moving for Larger Items/Furniture, Large cabinets, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator Etc.) All purchased items need to have an arranged pick up date by the end of Final sale day.
If you choose to bring children or pets you will be responsible for any breakage.
Thursday full Price, Friday 25% off marked price, and Saturday 50 percent off.
There will be some items that will not be discounted including any precious metals jewelry, sterling dinnerware, automobiles, and firearms will not be included in the discounts more than 25 percent off and some may not be discounted off the marked price.

This is a very nice home in an exclusive 55 plus community. We are only allowed three days so we will be considering pre sales but we will not give last day pricing pre sale. The gate code will be not be posted at the gate, a sign will be placed near the gate with a phone number and the gate code will be listed with the address on Wednesday the day before.
There is a great Amish made solid wood King size sleigh bed in superb condition
There is a very nice TV / Entertainment center cabinet with two side cabinets.
There is a very useable Refrigerator in the Garage.
We are just now setting up the sale so additional pictures will be added as we go
