1. This is an in-house estate sale with the option to BUY IT NOW before the live estate sale starts. To buy it before the live sale starts, text or call Wanda at (512) 704-3339 and make an appointment to go see it. We will take offers on anything but we reserve the right to hold the item until the end of the sale in case we receive a better offer. All offers will be finalized and accepted on Sunday at 2:30pm.
2. We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App and all major credit cards. No checks. There is a 2% convenience fee for Venmo and Cash App and a 3% credit card convenience fee for debit and credit card transactions. No minimum purchase required.
3. Please bring help to load heavy items or have access to help that you can bring back by Monday following the sale. We do not have staff available to load heavy items.
4. All items are generally sold as-is with no refunds. We stand behind everything we sell and have attempted to ensure that all items are in good working condition. Please inspect and test all items with a plug before you leave with it.

Million dollar home in Leander is selling the remaining contents of their gorgeous home after their move.  The sale consists of bedroom and living room furniture, formal dining table and kitchen table, executive home office desk, HANDMADE RUGS from India, indoor/outdoor patio set, and outdoor kitchen barstools, In the media room there are giant AUTHENTIC THEATER MOVIE POSTERS, a couple of VINTAGE .308 RIFLES, KNIVES, beautiful Christmas Decor and much more.  There is also a POLK AUDIO Speaker System with Surround Sound, Onkyo Receiver, Panamax Regenerator, Denon DVD player and 60" Sharp Aquos Quattron TV. There is a large selection of vintage toys and COLLECTIBLES, lots of SILVER COINS and STERLING JEWELRY.  There are 2 laptops (HP i7  and Gateway i3), an Apple iPad Air 2 and an Acer Chromebook R11 that have all been cleaned and updated with the latest OS available.  All are in good working condition. Just added to the sale is a Whirlpool Gold Series Stainless steel refrigerator, like new men's Raleigh Venture 4.0 bike and 2 large dog kennels.
