1. This is an in-house estate sale with Pre-Sale shopping available online or by appointment. Text Melissa at 512-581-2589 to make an appointment for pre-sale purchases on Thursday, September 15th. A 10% CONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR PRE-SALE PURCHASES.
2. We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App and all major credit cards. No checks. There is a 2% convenience fee for Venmo and Cash App and a 3% credit card convenience fee for debit and credit card transactions. No minimum purchase required.
3. Please bring help to load heavy items. We do not have staff available to load heavy items so please come prepared with the right help and appropriately sized vehicle.
4. All items are sold as-is with no refunds. We stand behind everything we sell and have attempted to ensure that all items are in good working condition. Please inspect and test all items with a plug before you leave with it.

We have a small house bursting with eccletic and awesome furniture, stained glass lamps, books, albums, home decor, Christmas and Seasonal decor, kitchenalia and collectibles.  Don't judge a book by it's cover and miss out on this sale!!  Everything is "really" priced to sell from the start. Due to the size of the house and the amount of items packed inside, we may have to limit the number of shoppers allowed in the house at one time.  

This house features a library stocked full of new, like-new, vintage and antiquarian books ranging from Fiction to US and World History, Biographies, American and Foreign Politics, Musical Composers, Bibles, Prayer Books, Poetry, Reference and a huge section of books on Spirituality, Christian Living, Inspiration and Self-Help along with other genres.

There is a also a large section of albums of 1970's/80's rock and pop hit bands such as the Beatles, ABBA and Linda Ronstadt, Movie and Broadway Soundtracks and a large amount of classical concertos and operas as well as some jazz.  Artists include Bach, Beethoven, Placido Domingo, Luciano Pavarotti and so, so many more...

Other key items include some beautiful furniture pieces, lots of Waterford Crystal, Belleek, Lenox, Hummel and more.  The kitchen is stuffed full of quality dishware, pots, pans, stoneware and pottery cookware.  There is a nice selection of European made Teacups and Saucers and Teapots.

The garage is stuffed with all kinds of things although there are not many tools in this one.  There is a nice selection of season items, planters, birdbaths and other yard decor.  Sadly, the jewelry that we exected to have in this sale didn't work out due to space constraints.  It will be available in another sale.
