10am Please bring a box and packaging materials. You are solely responsible for the disassembly, packing, and transportation of your purchased items to your vehicle. Kindly bring the necessary tools for disassembling items, as we may not have the specific tools you require. All items are sold "as is" with no warranties or returns. Please note that we are required to collect sales tax. All items must be collected by the last day of the sale. If you purchase furniture, you must arrange for its removal and bring the appropriate tools. We accept credit cards with a 4% convenience fee per transaction and cash; checks are not accepted. Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the house. Unfortunately, pets, with the exception of service animals, are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In the spirit of Thumper, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all!" We value a harmonious and respectful environment for all. Kindly note that there are no public restrooms or trees available on the premises. We assume no responsibility for any accidents. Please be aware that video cameras and undercover security will be present on the property, so any attempts at theft will be dealt with accordingly.
