All sales are final.
All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Triple 8 Auctions is not responible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. No items will be shipped.

There is a 10% buyers Premium charged to all purchases. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay by Monday at Noon. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale.

Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for secruing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than 12pm Monday after a Saturday or Wednesday sale. Online bidders will be automatically charged on Monday following the auction if not paid prior. Unless approved pickup arrangements are made with Kipp at 972-742-6080 prior to the end of the pickup time, Items not picked up by 5pm Tuesday following the Saturday sale will be deemed abandoned and disposed of at auction companies discretion.
