We hope everyone has had a great time with their families for the holidays and can come out to see us and the gang!! This week you'll find us just west of I-35 north of Garden Ridge Blvd in Highland Village, TX just before Lewisville Lake.
We've been hired by our next client to assist with her father's estate of over 25 years! It's a great home filled with a lifetime of treasures.. the family has taken some chosen items and has asked us to help with the rest.
Let me not waste anymore time and tell you a LITTLE tid~bit about what's there! Here we go!!
Dining Room~
Step down into this sunken dining room to find one of the most stunning pieces of MCM furniture in the home.. a GORGEOUS dining table with 2 leaves and 8 chairs with caned backs. A matching china hutch with caned accents and leather pulls is also available.. such clean lines! I want this for myself!! Crystal and silver plate, bone china to Italian ceramics and some Rosenthal pieces. Swing through here to add to your own collections!
Kitchen~
Everyday pots & pans to cast iron, Fitz & Floyd to English pitchers.. stop in here to check out what you can add to your own kitchen. China and plates by Raynaud & Co... to Nikko.. Royal Worcester 'Strawberry Fair' to a bit of Lenox and Spode. We've hit the mother load of 'lazy-Susan's'.. pick one up for those hard to reach cabinets! A beautiful set of (4) MCM club chairs to an ornate painted 'oriental style' buffet.. a pair of peach wingback chairs and ottoman to a walnut Windsor chair.. there is something in here covering everyone's own style!
Livingroom~
Two of the prettiest floral sofas to come around in a while.. covered in a classic 'Laura Ashley' style print fabric. Regency style coffee table and glass eterge'.. a pair of antique chairs and cherry side table to a set of 12 Franklin Porcelain plates 'Gamebirds of the World' from the 70's.. Wow!
Study~
The largest collection of LP records we have seen in one place in a long time… from Duke Ellington to Classic Country, Classical to Symphony… Classic rock to 'old-time' memories.. come add to your own collection! An AMAZING MCM desk with cut Travertine top added.. just beautiful!! We're not able to locate a manufacturer make, but it has dovetail construction and carved wood handle pulls.. stunning! I want this for my home also!! This room also has a set of two caned bottom chairs from the 1800's, an oak entertainment center with built in DVD storage to electronics. Magnavox, TEAC, JVC to Sony.. TV's to stereo equipment, radios to PC equipment. Don't forget to buy a book OR two!! We have a huge built in FULL of hardback books!! A pair of retro lithographs from the 70's.. totally abstract!
Front Bedroom~
Everyday linens to a pair of armless chairs from the 80's.. pop in here to get a few everyday necessities.
Master Bedroom~
Wicker and rattan furniture has made it's return!! A bookshelf to a dresser, end table to dining table.. a king size mattress with frame and headboard to a chest of drawers. If your in the need to paint a white color pallet come in here!
Utility Room~
A Kenmore '90 Series' washer and a Hotpoint dryer are available.. also an Oreck Commercial XL.
Pool Area~
Multiple sets of vintage wrought iron chairs and tables to a commercial series gas grill by Char-Broil. Wrought iron chase lounges to large plastic planters.. terra cotta art to a chiminea.. check out a few of these classic sets!
Garage~
