This is a CREDIT CARD ONLY auction UNLESS item(s) price totals $5,000. For any winning bid(s) over $5,000, payment must be made via wire transfer. Blue Moon Estate Sales will contact the winning bidder to coordinate payment. Winning bidders will be invoiced within 24 hours of the auction's closing date and time. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing or Blue Moon Estate Sales reserves the right to cancel your purchase.

Taxes Sales Tax of 8.25% is added to all winning bid final prices if you are located in Texas. If you are Texas sales tax-exempt, you will be required to provide proof of State of Texas Sales Tax exemption upon receipt of the invoice.

All winning hammer prices are subject to a 10% Buyers Premium charge paid by the winning bidder and will be included on invoice.

If shipping is available, the buyer agrees to pay for shipping and insurance costs. An additional $15 convenience fee also applies.$150 convenience fee for items considered as freight.

We do not issue refunds; all sales are FINAL. It is your responsibility to inspect all item's images and descriptions before purchasing.
