1. All items are being sold as-is, where-is without guarantees of any kind.
2. There is a 15% Buyer's premium added to the total bids so bear that in mind when bidding. For example, if you bid $100 and you win the bid, you will be charged $115 plus sales tax (unless you are tax exempt). The buyer's premium will apply to every lot you bid on.
3. The storage lockers must be emptied out by 11/27/23. Items left inside the units on 11/28/23 will be disposed of without refund. Clean out MUST BE COORDINATED WITH HAMMERDOWN for the locker cleanouts if you don't pack it up on the day of the auction.
4. Ask questions BEFORE you bid. We will attempt to find the answer you're looking for but bear in mind that there is no electricity at the unit so we cannot test the tools.
5. Payment must be made immediately following the live auction.

6. If you are tax-exempt, you will need to provide us a copy of a valid TX Sales Tax Certificate prior to the auction or at the time of payment.
7. You must provide your own vehicles and labor for the clean-out. HammerDown staff will NOT be available to help you move, slide, pick up or transport anything.
8. This auction is for pre-bidding and for leaving absentee. bids. Absentee bidding will stop on 11/23/23 at midnight and be brought to the live auction on 11/24/23 wihere bidding will resume and the units will be sold to the highest bidder.

- This is a LIVE, IN PERSON auction with pre-bidding and absentee bidding enabled online at https://hamdown.hibid.com/ before the live auction.
- You can leave absentee bids at https://hamdown.hibid.com/ if you can't make it to the live auction or you can leave pre-bids and attend the live auction if you think you may want to increase your bid after the preview.
- Pre-bidding/absentee bidding will end at midnight on 11/24/23. Pre-bids will be taken to the live auction and bidding will open at the highest pre-bid.
- The preview for the live auction opens at 11am on Saturday, 11/25/23 and the live bidding will start at noon on the same day. You will be allowed to walk into the unit and look around at everything during the preview.
This auction is for the contents of two storage units. The owner has moved out of state and has decided it's more economical to sell it than to drive from Tennessee to pick it up! He has contracted with HammerDown Auctions to sell the contents. One of the units is several pieces of Lexington and other furniture and home decor. The second unit is all tools and garage items.
