To comply with our government recommendations and regulations involving social distancing, we are now introducing shipping and curbside pickup. We will still have a scheduled pickup day and will have your items ready for pickup to be brought outside to you while you wait. You must pay your invoice online or over the phone, we are not accepting cash at this time. We will not allow anyone to enter the premises. Rest assured that we are taking necessary precautions for the safety of our customers and employees. This is a one day only pickup!

For pickup, buyer is responsible loading. We will not pack the item.
All items must be picked up during the listed date and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount with the credit card on file.
We will not have boxes or personnel to help with loading or packing.

All items are sold as is, no warranty or guarantee is made as to condition.
Electronics have not been tested unless noted, we give no warranty or guarantee to their condition.
We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items. The highest bidder agress to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed.
All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds are to be made.
The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog or on part by the bidder.
Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax.

Buyer shall indemnify East Estate Auctions against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items.
