Bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items - We "May" have staff to help but it must be scheduled when applicable. All persons attending sales or removing furniture assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Tiffany Nicole's Estate Sales from any liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the condition, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s). We attempt to be as accurate as possible when marketing & advertising items, but we make no representations of authenticity. Tiffany Nicole's Estate Sales will not be held responsible for having made or implied any guarantees or warranties. Please arrange any pick-ups of any furniture or large items prior to leaving the sale (You must speak to the Sales Manager or Sales Director). If pick-up is not made by the end of the sale, buyer forfeits all property / merchandise and will said property/merchandise will be disposed of by Tiffany Nicole's Estate Sales.
