**There will be a sign up sheet for this sale so that no one has to wait in the heat too long. Signup sheet will go out at 8 am on Friday and Saturday. No sign up sheet on Sunday. There is shade in the morning on the front side of the house.

FOR THIS SALE ONLY: Due to the size, we are preselling one item at this sale. The custom made, all cedarwood, Boessling Pool Table is available for pre-sale. It is in excellent condition with very minimal wear. Updated photos will be posted by 8/5 or 8/6. Contact us directly to discuss.
FOR THIS SUMMER HEAT: We will have ice cold water available and have arranged to allow use of one of the restrooms. Don't miss the sale just due to the summer heat.
*Golden Bow Designs / Estate Sales accepts credit cards ($20 minimum) and cash. Credit card purchases under $20 will incur an additional 3.5% fee so please bring cash if possible. Charges will appear as: GOLDEN BOW DESIGNS
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased.
*No large bags. We will have plenty of area for hold items.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets as the property is jammed packed.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day most items are 50%.
*(One exception for this sale, see above) absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
