We are sanitizing with a microban 24hr spray , Lysol and bleach. We want everyone to be safe and we will ask anyone to leave that we feel is NOT following the rules. Our clients are the most important people to us and we will do everything in our power to protect everyone!
We have helpers who we need to keep safe so please work with us as we all do our part to keep everyone safe.
Due to the large volume of breakables and the lack of space we ask no children please.....I know I said it earlier but please.. work with us here.

We love our customers and want everyone to have a great shopping experience, we have become very popular because we treat our clients like royalty and it shows!
We do try to answer calls but honestly we have dozens of people that we are working with before and during the sales days and simply can not take calls, text or emails wanting to see if an item is there or what the price is. Thank you for understanding!
We do have a few rules...
You must bring help to move, we simply can not move anything for you. Miss Ruby is still recovering from her broken back ( now a broken hip) and the ladies who are volunteering to help are not allowed to move things either. If you cannot pick up your purchases immediately you must make arrangements with Miss Ruby to pick up at a later time. Anything you left after the sale closes on the last day will be disposed of. We simply cannot stay here for days at a time waiting on people to pick up their purchases.
We do try to bring enough bags to help out but we really need you to bring your own packing materials.
We do ask that you DO NOT smoke on the property, Seriously, you will be asked to leave so just be polite and wait till you leave property.
You break you buy.
We DO NOT have a sign up sheet. We had people abuse it and start their own and it just became a pain so now it is first come first serve.
This home is NOT handicapped accessible.
SMILE>>>you will be on camera when you shop at our sales. Shopping with us means you are a movie star and could be on a video/picture that may need to be use in the future. By you going into the sale means you are giving us permission to do so.

You put an item into the sold/hold area that means you are getting it! The holding area is not a way to hold until you decide later. It is not fair to others who are shopping. So if you pull this, you will not be able to buy anything and will be barred from future sales. Sorry, but I have had a few abuse this and I have had to put my foot down.
All sales are final. We are not responsible for accidents, bug bits, stumped toes, broken finger nails, or anything else that happens. You are shopping at your own risk.
We ask that you act like you would in church and not at Walmart!! This is someone's home and we are working for them. Each client has different needs and we are under contract to do what they ask. There are times that the family pulls items from a sale and if that happens we will pull the pictures.
We reserve the right to refuse service or sell anything to anyone..
