Welcome to Winston House Estate Sales.
SIGN-IN PROCEDURE
To ensure a fair and organized shopping experience, a sign-in sheet will be placed outside the entrance one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of each sale. Customers wishing to enter in order of arrival may add their name to the sign-in sheet. Entry will begin in the order listed on the sign-in sheet when the sale opens. Customers are responsible for being present when their name is called. Winston House Estate Sales reserves the right to manage entry as necessary to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
By attending our sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Entry
All persons enter the property at their own risk. Winston House Estate Sales, the property owner, and their representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost personal belongings.
Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
Condition of Items
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Descriptions provided verbally, in writing, or online are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
Payment Methods
We accept cash and major credit cards. No personal checks will be accepted unless otherwise noted. A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
Holding Items
Purchased items must be paid for in full before being removed from the property. Items may not be held without payment unless specifically approved by staff.
Removal of Purchases
Buyers are responsible for the removal, transportation, and loading of all purchased items. Please bring adequate help, tools, and packing materials. Staff may be unable to assist with moving heavy items.
Large Item Pick-Up
Large furniture and appliances must be removed within the timeframe specified at the sale. Any items not removed by the agreed-upon time may be considered abandoned without refund.
Pricing & Discounts
Prices are set by Winston House Estate Sales and may be reduced during the course of the sale at our discretion. We reserve the right to negotiate pricing and refuse offers as appropriate.
Security
For the protection of our customers, clients, and staff, security cameras may be in use during the sale. Shoplifting and property damage will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Children
Children are welcome but must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for any damage caused by minors in their care.
Right to Refuse Service
Winston House Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for disruptive behavior, theft, harassment, or failure to comply with sale policies.
