Remember the estate sale we conducted last spring? The lake house on Lake Buchanan? We talked about the barn sale from the same estate. Well it’s finally happening!!!
 BARN SALE ON TEXAS HERITAGE RANCH.

Llano, TEXAS

Thursday February 10 - 9am - 4 pm(numbers at 8) 

Friday February 11 - 9am - 4pm  (25% off)

Saturday February 12 - 9am - 2pm ( 50% off)

2 Barns chock full.

This ranch has been in the same family for over 100 years. The late Millie Ward was a collector, and apparently she never threw anything away. She and her husband owned several business including a Lounge - so there are several old beer advertising items - and an auto parts store - so some old auto parts can be found at this sale. In addition to 
The businesses they owned they also had a ranch to run. It’s hard to even begin to try to list everything that is available - an incomplete list is below. 
 Some things to know:
This sale is on a working ranch - the ground is uneven and rocky in places.  There could be creepy crawly critters. Bob cats and coyotes have occasionally been spotted. Enter at your own risk.

Most of these items have been stored in the two barns for many years. Rusty and dusty treasures await. So don’t wear your Sunday clothes. 

The sale is about 3 miles from Ranch Road 2241. When you come to a fork in the county road veer left. There are loose cattle -  please go slowly. The last mile is on a narrow dirt road. There may be some spots on the last mile where there is not enough room for two vehicles. You may have to back up a little bit to find a wide spot.   

Directional signs will be posted. 

Parking is about 50 yards from the barns. If you need handicap parking please let us know and we will try to get you closer.
