Buildings may be sold prior to sale.
To accommodate people that get to the sale extremely early for specific items we will allow a limited number of people in the house at a time when we begin the sale in the mornings.
Guns and Jewelry kept offsite till day of sale.
If staff is ready we may open early.
We may add a 4th day depending on inventory.
We are able to invoice if you choose to buy remotely. Remote purchases may not be made until 1 hr after open of first day to allow those that come in person first opportunity.
