 from Hwy. 19 in Lovelady to sale location at 1593 C. R. 3620.

Furniture and Antiques:  Large Wardrobe by Denby and Spinks  Ltd.,

 two door, clean. Occasional and end tables,  Hand painted decorated, set of 4 Bar seats, woven seats. Occasional chairs, 

both antique and contemporary. Petrified Wood. Vintage drop leaf and 

a white with red trim porcelain “kitchen” table. Large wood and Metal

storage cabinets for home and shop.  Kitchen cabinet, white, with doors

and drawers.   Vanity and chair, Wood dresser and mirror stand. Wood

*Large offering of hand tools both singularly and in bulk.  Specialized

Terms and Conditions of the Auction: You may pay Cash, 

Good check with proper Identification and MasterCard , Discover, 

and Visa.  There is a 10% Buyers Premium on this Auction Sale.  You must pay Texas Sales Tax on your purchase of 8.25%. To be exempt you must present your Resale certificate at registration. Payment is due at the completion of the auction. Loading is permitted after settlement. Ownership of the items past to the bidder when the Auctioneer says sold. Every thing is sold as is where is with out guarantee or warranty of any kind expressed or implied.  Your inspection is your guarantee of worth and usability in your situation and no one else and not intended to be transferred to any other party.  Every portion of this auction event is voluntary on your part and all your activities are at your own risk. You are responsible for the actions of minors in your company.
