*Caution, as we are not responsible for accidents, please be aware of your surroundings while attending the sale. There are steps without handrails up and down through out the home. They are short 3 steps, but the steps are somewhat tall. There are steps down from the entry into the living area. There are steps down from the entry to the bedroom wing. There are steps down from the kitchen into a hallway, into the dining room and into the master bedroom. There are steps down from the large outdoor terrace to a lower terrace. There is a upper level ledge on 2 sides of the garage. All these are marked. Please watch your step and be aware where you are walking throughout the home. There are area rugs in the home.

*We prefer cash, debit or credit.

*We limit the number of customers in the home at any one time. For this sale, we will allow approximately 45 at one time. Entry at the beginning of the first day and the last day (Discount Day) is by number. We will give out numbers starting 1 hour before the sale. As customers leave the sale, new customers are admitted.

*You will need to bring help and necessary items for loading large items.

*We offer discounts on the last day of the sale. Discounts vary up to 50%. Sometimes there are pieces that will not be discounted. They will be marked accordingly. As always, customers may make offers on items.

Our clients are retired physicians from the teaching faculty of the Texas Tech School of Medicine.  Following retirement, they both stayed involved donating continued service to the education of new physicians.  They both have served and continue to serve in volunteer capacities in the community. 

They have downsized to a small home.  The sale will include fine art by known artists, a very large library of fiction, nonfiction, coffee table books, art, photography, and over 200 volumes by Heritage Press.  Many Ansel Adams books and a signed exhibition poster. There is a large Waterford chandelier and a large 1960s waterfall pendant light fixture made of Capiz shell (SOLD).  There is a white lacquer Italian lighted wall unit (SOLD) and 2 large Italian porcelain figures - one of Michelangelo creating Moses and one of Michelangelo creating David.  You will find a kitchen full of new small appliances by high quality brands.  A full size Kenmore Elite washer and dryer pair (S0LD) awaits a new owner along with a stainless look overflow refrigerator (S0LD).  The master bedroom has become a boutique for an extensive fashion collection in size 8 to size 12.  There is a terrace with vintage wrought iron furniture with custom cushions.  Collection of vintage cameras, lens and great photography books along with vintage stereo equipment.  You shouldn't miss the 14k gold antique railroad pocket watch or the custom, one of a kind pagoda style Christmas tree.  And, of course, many more things...
