This is a large, nice sale being held in a very well cared for home. The house is full of such a wide variety of items. There is also patio furniture and 2 nice clean storage buildings that house outdoor equipment, etc. Everything is in excellent condition. We hope you will join us for this nice sale.

Sunday is Discount Day. Discounts of 30% and 50%.

*We prefer cash, debit or credit.
*We limit the number of customers in the house. Initially, we will allow 25 in at a time and entry is by number. Numbers are passed out starting at least 1 hour before the sale on the first day and on discount day. This way, you may wait in your car and not stand for a long time in a line.
*You will need to bring help for loading large items.
*Please do not block any driveways so residents in the neighborhood can get to and from their homes.
*Be careful and watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents inside and outside the house.
*There are steps up to the front door.
*There are 3 steps into the garage. Be careful on the first step down, it is narrow.
*There are 2 steps out the back door.
*There are a couple of area rugs throughout the house, Be cautious around them.
