*Our clients have requested a private invitation preview for friends. We will update the listing as best we can. Feel free to contact us about the availability of any specific item.

*If there are weather issues, check here or on our website for changes to the schedule. If we have weather issue days, we will extend to the next weekend.

*Caution, as we are not responsible for accidents, please be aware of your surroundings while attending the sale. You must keep your children with you at all times and have them by the hand in the areas that represent danger to them. This is a 2 story home with an basement. Please watch your step and be aware where you are walking throughout the home. There are area rugs in the home. Hazard tape marks certain areas.

*We prefer cash, debit or credit. We are sorry but we must restrict handbags from the sale. We appreciate your understanding. We are sorry we have had to make this change and any inconvenience it may cause you. We have bags that may be used for shopping. Wallets and small clutches are okay. We cannot hold on to your bag for you as that is a responsibility we would not like to have.

*We limit the number of customers in the home at any one time. For this sale, we will allow approximately 40 at one time. Number will be adjusted as we observe traffic flow through the home and through check out.

*Entry at the beginning of the first day and the last day (Discount Day) is by number. We will give out numbers starting 1 hour before the sale. As customers leave the sale, new customers are admitted. There may be additional wait time to allow customers to clear through check out. This is a living estate sale.  The sale is being held in a beautiful custom built home in the Rush neighborhood.  You will enjoy the broad range of fine and well cared for home furnishings, art, lighting, appliances, garden furniture, etc.
 

There are beautiful and unusual antique pieces including a set of 8 carved ribbon back Chippendale chairs from the mid 1800s and a John Broadwood & Sons (English) square grand piano from circa 1844.  There are many fine art pieces including 2 Glenna Goodacre bronzes and a Grant Speed bronze.  You may request a list of all the artwork with dimensions and specifics. 

On the terrace are 3 sets of Woodard wrought iron outdoor tables and chairs (2 sold at the preview), a 50" Ben Ortega St. Francis carving that has been in the garden and other garden decor.  Over 130 leather bound Easton Press books line the bookshelves in the study. A civil war era percussion muskat (sold at preview), an invitation to President Reagan's inauguration, over 130 pieces of Gorham sterling silver Buttercup and a collection of Lynn McLain watercolors await you.
