*We don't allow handbags, backpacks etc. Wallets, small clutches, clear small bags are okay. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding. We have bags that may be used for shopping.
*We prefer cash, debit or credit.
**All sales are final. Make sure to inspect items and ask questions before purchasing. We test all appliances and other items with working parts. These pieces are marked "Works". All linens and clothing are full inspected. We do not sell worn, soiled or non-working items. All our china and glassware is fully inspected. Garage may have some lesser pieces.
*We limit the number of customers in the home at any one time. For this sale, we will allow 25 at one time because of the space. Number will be adjusted as we observe traffic through the home and through the check out.
*Entry at the beginning of the first day and the last day (Discount Day) is by number. We will give out numbers starting 1 hour before the sale. As customers leave the sale, new customers are admitted. There may be additional wait time to allow customers to clear the check out. If you don't like the possibility of waiting in line, you might consider coming later in the day unless there is something you are really wanting to buy and you don't want it to get away.
*PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for accidents. Please be aware of your surroundings while attending the sale. You must keep your children with you at all times and have them by the hand in areas that represent danger to them. Please watch your step and be aware where you are walking throughout the home. There are step down in the garage.
*You will need to bring help and necessary items to load large items. We recommend arranging pick up at a quiet time period. We are available the day after the sale for picking up large and bulky items.
*We have staff on site to assist you. They are easily identified with a Deja Vu! name tag. They will assist you in marking items temporarily sold until you have paid for the item. They are also able to assist you in placing a bid on an item. And, of course, they are ready to answer questions.

Vintage Bullfight prints by Juan Reus published by Ortega in Spain in 1940’s and 1950’s. They are the most desirable combination in the marketplace. Children's books and literature from the 1890’s to today including first editions and hard-to-find titles.
Midcentury furniture including an extremely rare Milo Baughman Storage Coffee Table, a Hans Wegner style folding rope chair, a Marble furniture side chair, two Leopold Stickley Windsor chairs, American of Martinsville bureau and nightstand, expandible bench, square table with woven wicker top under glass, two console stereos both needing some attention, small tray table and a yellow top dining table with two leaves.
There is a very fine Milo Baughman storage coffee table. Made ion the USA by Drexel for their Today's Living line in 1955. It is in Birch with solid turned legs and a flip up top. It is in beautiful original condition. Another excellent item is the 3 light Lightolier lamp. A great example of a quite hard to find lamp. There are additional mid century pieces Many pieces of artwork including 3 works by Lynwood Krenick (2 large and 1 smaller) Lynwood was just honored on Lubbock's Walk of Fame. A large R. C. Gorman piece, and many pieces from known Santa Fe artists. There is a collection of silver dollars and a pair of 2.5 dollar gold pieces. There are baseballs with boxes from the 1941 Brooklyn Dodgers, 1946 Brooklyn Dodgers, 1947 New York Yankees and 1948 Boston Red Sox. You will find china from Royal Worcester and Wedgwood, silver from Reed and Barton. Waterford and Steuben glass along with Drexel dining chairs, table and sideboard. | Directions to the Sale The sale is being held in the Rush neighborhood. The address will be available the day before the sale. Customers should not crowd the entry to the house but stand to one side of the entry.
