*We limit the number of customers in the home at one time. For this sale, because of limited space, we will allow approximately 30 at one time. Number may well be adjusted as we observe traffic flow through the home and through the check out.

*Entry at the beginning of the first day and the last day (Discount Day) is by number. We will give out numbers starting 1 hour before the sale. As customers leave the sale, new customers are admitted. There may be additional wait time to allow customers to clear the check out.

Antique/vintage to more recent quilts, there are 3 in poor condition and 1 in some lost pieces. There are some very big ones - one over 200 inches on one dimension.

A more vintage shelf with a marble piece on top holds a collection of pitchers, one of many, many contemporary designer clocks and an original painting from Spain.

A terrific glass top (with beveled edge) pedestal table and 4 chairs in the kitchen dining area. There is a larger glass top available for this table. The table is now full of more American Fostoria pieces.

Is this not a terrific table. I have the table and chairs priced separately with one price if you want it all. It can be very glamorous with another style of chairs, but these are certainly nice.

This is one terrific rare piece of Volrath enamelware that shares the limelight with Hull's 1957 Corky Pig bank. There are other enamelware pieces in the garage.

An antique U. S. Glass Manhattan punch bowl. There are 16 cups that were used with the bowl that are not matching and are sold separately.

In the laundry room and pantry area, one finds an espresso machine, frother, and duplicate working appliances.

There is a large walk in pantry that features many more items than you see here. And like all our sales, items are cleaning and testing for working condition.

There is a very nice hearth area at one end of the kitchen. Here is where we have squeezed in the check out. The largest flat screen t.v. (Samsung) is found here and 2 very nice bar stools. The table is now filled with vintage artist signed, hand thrown salt glazed pottery.

Anatoly Turov moved to Southern California in 1979 and started his ceramic work in a friend's garage. His appeal in the California area grew until it occupied larger space and added assistants. These pieces are from the 1980s.

There is a comfortable upstairs area featuring 2 burgundy club chairs and side table. Everything is in perfect condition and the chairs swivel.

Second club chair, the side table has a match in the "Rose" bedroom.

Welcome to the upstairs den. you go up the stairs to the 2nd floor and will then go down a short flight of stairs into the den - nice Drexel table and very comfortable chair. All the furniture in this room is also very nice.

51" by 37" Navajo rug, late 1930s, probably from Ganado AZ, handspun natural sheep wool with red anline dye, serrated Diamond with banded borders.

54" by 69" Navajo rug possibly from Red Mesa, AZ. Eye Dazzler pattern appears hand spun wool. Natural black, white and tan yarns, anline dyed red, rabbit brush plant dyed gold.

62" by 45" Navajo rug, late 1930s, elongated diamond, wool appears to be hand spun from Klagatoh AZ. Natural wool in carded tan/grey, white and black, red is dyed with aniline dye.

The most important item in this photo is the very large hand carved burl wood swan signed by the artist.

The upstairs den has a round beveled glass table and for chairs in wood that is designed like rattan. The campaign style chairs have an embossed or printed leather. The entire set is in as new condition.

Lovely oval table is signed on the bottom with the name of the gentleman giving it as a gift to a special lady (her name is present also).

The bathroom off of the "Green Bedroom" has many practical items and products.
