By attending this sale, all guests agree to comply with the following rules and policies:
• All Sales Final: Every item is sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties, guarantees, or representations. Please inspect your items carefully before checkout. There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Bring Your Own Help & Tools: Our staff cannot assist with lifting, moving, or loading heavy items. Buyers must bring their own muscle, tools, dollies, and moving supplies.
• Removal Deadline: All purchased items must be removed from the property by [Insert Time, e.g., 2:00 PM] on the final day of the sale. Any items left behind after this deadline will be forfeited without a refund.
• Valuables & Security: Jewelry, coins, sterling silver, and other high-end valuables are not kept on-site overnight. They are brought to the premises each morning and are monitored under close security surveillance.
• Property Liability: Enter the premises at your own risk. Neither the property owners, landlords, nor the sale operators are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or falls that occur on-site.
• Damage to Property: Buyers are held legally and financially responsible for any accidental damage caused to the premises, structures, or parking areas while moving their purchases.
• Bags & Conduct: Large purses, backpacks, and bags are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Open, empty boxes or shopping totes are permitted.
