Our great clients are downsizing a bit from their almost 4000+ sq ft home to something a bit more manageable after only being there for a year and a half. This home has some great area rugs in a variety of colors and sizes!! In the entry you'll find a 5'3"X7'9" Santa Cruz rug in golds and black.. a beautiful Chippendale style dining room set with two leaves and in a rich mahogany with 6 chairs. A set of antique silver 'fingertip bowls', a Queen Anne style writing desk, an early American writing desk and super great collection of books.. including some from Robert Stevenson and Mark Twain from Harper's Library Edition. An ornate pedestal with green marble top (approx 43" tall), a great pair of Regency style brass with wheat stalk and grape candelabras.
