• Time does not permit us to answer any phone calls about the sales.
• No large purses (must be smaller than 8 1/2 by 11 inches).
• If you do not want to pay sales tax you must present a paper copy of your valid Resale Sales and Use License.
• No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property.
• All items are sold AS IS and all SALES ARE FINAL.
• Cash/Mastercard/Discover (Credit ONLY) are the ONLY forms of payment accepted. Please bring the proper form of payment.
• If you buy it make sure you can move it yourself. We simply sell the treasures we are NOT movers.
We will be selling two Flatbed Goose Neck Trailers 24,000 GVW 2 axle 25 to 30 feet long (somewhat decaying floorboards), one Forklift, one small boat and some more misc. items (i.e. large horse feeders, etc., etc) in Magnolia Texas. All items have good title and we will be wheeling and dealing!
The sale will start at 11 am. You will have one hour to inspect and purchase the items. Payment (price plus sales tax) will be due by 12 noon. If you cannot remove Saturday we will make arrangements to meet you to remove the item.
