Please bring help to load large items, we will help best we can but there are a lot of heavy items in this Estate and we can't guarantee assistance.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE - NOTHING CAN BE PICKED UP AT A LATER TIME.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries - enter at your own risk.

WOW - this sale is going to be HUGE! We are having a massive blowout, all in one day and NOTHING can be left! The house has been sold, so all items must be gone by 2 p.m. when we close the door. No reasonable offer refused - after 1 p.m. we will gladly sell all remaining items for one price for the right buyer. That's right - it ALL must go!
