Entry will be limited. Sign up sheets will be available by 8 am.

Children under 12 years of age will not be admitted into the house. There is a lovely courtyard. They are welcome to wait there but MUST be accompanied by an adult.

All sales are final.

Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Please make arrangements to move the items that you buy.

You will be asked to pack your own items. Please bring packing materials

Friday items are full price, Thursday 25% discount will be given on most items, Sunday 50% discount will be given with a $10 purchase. Some exclusions apply.

We reserve the right to serve anyone and persons will be asked to leave the property if rules are not followed.

This extravagantly ultra-modern glass house is furnished with modern yet comfortable furniture and has been expertly appointed with family antiques.  There is something for everyone.  No matter what your taste and style is, you will be glad that you made the short drive to beautiful Lake McQueeney.  Come and enjoy the view.

Royal Haeger pottery, over 100 pieces of Dept 56 Christmas Village, pewter. custom designed  rugs, Oriental rugs,

 

Furniture:

All furniture is in "new" condition in that it is only 8 years old and hardly been used.  6 beds and some having temper pedic mattresses (sold separately).  night stands, leather recliners.  4 custom designed curved upholstered sofas,  theater seats, custom bar stools, 2 identical dining sets by Nautica. 3 identical glass and aluminum bar tables each with 4 aluminum stools with micro fiber seats.   Most furnishings were custom ordered by Stower's in San Antonio.
