Firearms Purchasing Procedures:
1. Buyer must be a Texas resident and 21 years of age or older. All firearms sales require a valid, government issued identification card. Bugle Boy only accepts the following: Texas Drivers License, Texas Identification Card, or Texas LTC.

2. Buyer purchases firearm and pays an additional non-refundable background check (NICS) fee of $20. Individuals with a valid Texas LTC are exempt from this requirement per ATF.

3.  Buyer and BBES complete ATF Form 4473.

4. BBES conducts and buyer passes the background check (NICS). This can take up to 3 days.

5. Buyer picks up firearm at BBES offices, located near Frankford Rd and Midway Rd after the sale. This is an ATF requirement. No exceptions will be made.

Note: if the response from NICS is “Denied” buyer will receive a refund of the full purchase price - excluding the NICS fee.
