A collection of furnishings and collections from two local estates gathered in a charming old farmhouse in McKinney. Antiques, vintage goods and newer furnishings.

Homeowner is a former shop owner in downtown Mckinney as well as wholesale rep in the textile industry.   There are clothing samples (size 4-12); loads of costume jewelry (1960s-2020), shop accessories; fabrics; button, ribbon and trim samples; seasonal decor and crafting supplies, and lots of furniture and potted plants  

A collection of Victorian lighting and wicker furniture as well as assorted smalls from another historic home will also be available.

The garage is full of furniture from a former area  furniture store, as well as work bench, storage cabinets,J C Penney memorabilia, baskets, and the usual miscellaneous items. There is also a shed with garden items, etc  

 We have moved upstairs furnishings downstairs for your shopping convenience. The porches and gardens contain outdoor furnishings and decor.
