ENTRANCE TO THE SALE IS THROUGH THE BACK GATE. This will give you access to the house, the garage, storage units, and back garden/yard area as well.

YOU WILL EXIT THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR.

Since the house is packed we will limit access to maintain a comfortable shopping environment.

A sign in sheet will be posted about 7am so you can put your name on the list, go get a coffee, and rejoin us for a 9 am opening.

Merchandise sold as is, where is.

Bring help to move your large and heavy purchases.

Please, per the executor, no children under 12. The house is tightly packed and there are lots of small, breakable items.

Not responsible for accidents.

We have packing materials available as long as supplies last.

Dealers welcome. You must present a copy of your resale certificate. New year, we need a new copy from you for our files.

This is the third and final sale for this estate.  The vast majority of merchandise in this sale is vintage or antique and has not been offered in the previous two sales. To stock this sale we emptied the attics over the house and garage, both storage sheds in the back yard, and the remainder of the second floor.
