2. Bring a measuring tape and plan ahead for payment and prompt removal of your purchases. We do not offer loading or moving services, but can provide you with the names of third party moving companies if you cannot lift or move your purchases yourself.
3. If you wish to leave a bid, we will require a credit card authorization. By submitting a bid, you agree to be charged if your bid is accepted. We do not provide storage so please be prepared to pick up your items by the end of the sale. We cannot be responsible for items which are not picked up by the last day of the sale.
4. Bring CASH and Packing Materials. Select your items carefully. EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS-IS! NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. If you require a later pick up and the circumstances allow us to schedule a later pick up for you, there is a $25 fee charged for each item which is picked up after 5:00 pm on the last day of the sale. No Exceptions!
6. NO CHILDREN, NO PETS, NO LARGE BAGS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
7. Enter the premises at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents.

We have two pre-demo sales at two separate locations: McKinney & Preston Hollow. Please see below for a description of both. We only have photos of the items available in McKinney. The items in Preston Hollow have already been removed and have been placed in garage storage so our ability to photograph is limited. The items will be shown BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and any remaining items will be sold at a one day sale the weekend of June 21.

Please note it is difficult for us to get the information on this item. It works and was removed by the contractor at the owner's request to make extra space in the home. If you are interested, we suggest you bring someone knowledgeable to look it over.
