This auction is in our consignor's private home. NO SHIPPING. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with NO GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED! All items MUST be picked on pick up day Thursday February 27th or Friday 28th, noon to 5 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! Bring help to load large exercise equipment.
There is a 15% buyer's premium. All invoices will include Texas sales tax (8.25%) unless buyer is exempt. Payment methods include CASH or Credit (with 2% convenience fee). No checks accepted. Bidders who do not pay invoice by the end of pick up day are subject to losing bidder privileges. All Items are "AS IS, WHERE IS" with NO GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED! It is the bidders responsibility to preview items to verify authenticity and condition!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL w/NO RETURNS!!!
