We have limited packing supplies available. Please be prepared to box and pack all your bought items.
ALL SALES FINAL-No refunds, returns or exchanges. Electricity available.
We do NOT help load or haul items.
We accept checks, cash, credit and debit cards. Cash is always preferred. $40 return check fee will be assessed per NSF item. Must have All proper ID for all check and card purchases.
No Holds, all items must be paid for and removed by the close of the sale.
We love what we do, NO MEAN PEOPLE ALLOWED ;)

Description & Details
Over 70 years ago a boy and girl married, they raised two lovely daughters and had 4 grandchildren. The legacy they left was one of extreme love and an amazing ability to share their passions. They moved to McKinney, from Kentucky 12 years ago to be closer to their daughters. As is with many, they passed within a few short weeks of one another.
We are once again honored to host a lovely little sale with items collected and handed down for many, many years.
This intimate sale will be one day only and we will be marking items down with the following schedule:

All returned checks, for any reason will be assessed a $40 non-refundable fee per check. Driver’s license-current required.
We do not help pack or load items.
PLEASE bring help and packing. We provide as much packing as we can, until it runs out. If you plan to purchase glassware or breakables, please bring packing.
No small children allowed. You break, you buy. No large bags allowed inside until after all items have been paid for. We appreciate your understanding for extra security measures to assist in limiting theft.
All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. We do not guarantee any authenticity of any items unless certificates provided. We are not responsible for any injuries on any locations we host.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale. No holds.
