Swann Estate Sales

Description & Details

This is an exceptional sale. There is so much in the house that we had a great deal of trouble finding places for everything. The couple who lived here must have been extremely interesting people. He was a retired school band teacher who became the director of the Mesquite Symphonic Band, antiques dealer and restorer. He was also the Music Ministries Coordinator for the First Baptist Church in Dallas for many years. And he made lamps from musical instruments! She was an elementary school teacher who retired and focused her energies on her church and her 18 grandchildren. I’ve seen photos. Theirs was a real love match and I’ve rarely seen pictures of a couple who looked so happy together and with their family. But…if they had one of something, they had 4. If they had 4 they had 12. And they never threw anything away. We spent weeks sifting through the house to find so many amazing wonderful things. You’ll get the benefit of our hard work but there will still be some digging for you to do and some last minute pricing. We’ve done what we can, but there’s just so much in this house.  Read the list below and you’ll see. And it’s not even a complete list, just the highlights.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS SALE! I guarantee it.

PLEASE NOTE: It’s a long story but the paper doll collection has been removed from the sale. Sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience
