Swann Estate Sales
Description & Details
We open Sunday at 11 AM with an amazing 75% OFF !! And who knows what deals we’ll be making later in the day. Come by Sunday 11-4 for terrific bargains on wonderful things!!!
This is Part 2 of our Mesquite sale that we did in January. Those of you who were at that sale will remember how big a sale it was. But it was just a tease. THIS sale is mammoth, gigantic, monumental, easily 3 times the size of Part 1. So big we’re holding it for FOUR DAYS! We’re selling out of the entire house, the patio, two tents in the backyard and the lower floor of the large storage house in the back. It’s well worth the trip to Mesquite, which is actually an easy drive, only 23-30 minutes from my house in Old East Dallas. You’ll be really sorry if you miss this one. The house is overstuffed. Boxes on top of boxes, closets bursting with clothes, tubs of logo tee shirts, gigantic collections of everything you can name. There will be some digging involved with trying to see everything and we’re experiencing some electrical issues in a couple of areas of the house. We’re trying to rig up some clip lights, so bear with us, please. The following list is very long but actually incomplete. I just can’t list everything. Not enough time. Also I’ve had to make collage photos because there is too much to photograph.
The gentleman of the house was a music teacher, Music Ministries Coordinator for the old First Baptist Church in Dallas (yes, the one that just burned) and then an antiques dealer and furniture refinisher. He and his wife had spectacular taste and filled the house with wonderful things. And more things. And then still more things ….You get the benefits of their largesse. Come to this sale!! You won’t be disappointed.
