This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed this year.

This is a very nice and clean estate sale. 1965 was the year the current owner moved in, so there is quite a bit of ladies vintage clothing, jewelry, household, furniture, glassware and vases etc. There is a nice Kenmore washer/ dryer set that is less than a year old, computer, photography equipment. A burgundy Lazy Boy lift chair in great condition.

A beautiful Young Chang piano sits in the dining room with an extremely modest price; we are asking 1500.00 originally purchased for 4,000.00.

We just cleaned out the attic which held some surprises from the 1950s - old Penny's Town Craft Shirts, Chevrolet Hubcaps, and other miscellaneous items. More photos will be added over the next few days.
