The Earhart family third cousin to Amelia Earhart built and lived in this home for over 44 years. There is a work shop out behind the home full of tools,turkey friers,iron pots,propane tanks w/propane,ladders,antiques,lots of fishing items including antique lures,rod and reels,benches,desks,gasoline weed eater,blowers,hedge trimers,and lawn equipment and lot of other things to many to list for the shop you just need to come look you will not be disappointed in the shop. Now to the home and garage. The garage is also full of lawn items,refrigerator,and freezer all in excellent working condition,shelving,doors,and many other items to many to list. Outside on the patio there are iron tables with matching chairs,BBQ grill and plant stands,lots of pots and some plants. lot of hanging items and pot plant hooks,wooden bird houses and many other items. Out in the yard there are some concrete benches and water bird bath,and other items. Inside the home all the doors,ceiling fans and light fixtures and all appliances are for sale.there is an ac unit for sale also. Also in the home is a lot of collectables antiques,furniture,kitchen items,pots and pans,vintage christmas items,designer purses,boots,lamps,and yes there is jewelry and some pocket knifes. Vintage records, There are heirlooms books from the Earhart family signed by Second cousin John Earhart these books are from the 1800's and in good condition for the age.We found some pottery,crystal items ,also antique chairs and tables.
