All purchases must be removed by the purchaser.
Security and cameras will be used on premises.
All sales are final and products are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges! Please take the time to fully inspect the product before purchasing.
Beyond The Attic is not responsible for any accidents including slips, trips, falls and/ or accidents.
There will be uneven surfaces and steps.
Large items will need to be removed by purchaser so make sure to bring extra hands, dollys and rope. All items purchased will need to be removed from the premises before the closing of the last day of the sale.
No large purses or bags allowed!
We currently accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Debit, Zelle and Venmo.
All credit card purchases need a valid matching ID.
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases.
No unattended children are allowed on the premises. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Rude and / or disruptive shoppers will be asked to leave.
Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in the estate.
