Important Estate Sale Information:
* We DO NOT pre-sell items.
* Live Cameras will be on throughout the home. By entering our sale, you are agreeing to be on camera for security purposes only.
* All Sales Are Final - Items are clearly marked either Tested or AS IS
* Enjoy Shopping our Sales! Thank you in advance for your respect of the home.
* Sales Tax Will Be collected unless you complete a Sales Tax Exemption Form. (Bring this form with you, if you have it; otherwise, we can provide one for you)
* We accept ALL Forms of payment through our CLOVER Payment System - Minimum Charge for CC is $20.00.
* We will provide Newsprint and Bubble wrap and provide a wrapping area for you
* We will be happy to place items on our merchandise sold/hold shelf while you shop; we do not allow Shopping bags or Large Purses.
* If you would like to purchase a large item, let one of our Sail Away Crew members know, and they will mark it sold for you. Keep in Mind that there may be others who would like to purchase the same item so once you've done this, we must consider it sold and you will be responsible for payment.
* You must bring your own help and dolly to load any large items. We will provide a sign up schedule for pick up of large items.
* Adhere to the Blue SAES No Parking Cones at all times.
* SAES reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if we determine there is a risk of theft or any other type of situation we feel is unsafe.
