We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Please bring additional help to help load big, heavy items as we don't have help available to load heavy furniture. Sometimes the family changes their mind about an item for sale, we have no control over this and we hope you understand. When this happens we attempt to remove it as quickly as possible.

Special Requirements for sale:
(1) Face mask preferred
(2) Wearing gloves optional
(3) Hand sanitizer available
(4) Social distancing both outside in line and inside -- please respect distancing while looking at items & not crowd around areas of sale
(5) Please bring appropriate additional help for loading of big, heavy items as we are not able to help in loading.

If you’ve been by to look then you know that we have some really nice items! If you are looking for nice furniture to put in your home or apartment at a fraction of the cost at a furniture store, then this is the sale for you!!!  Sale also has a nice grouping of 14K gold estate jewelry and some wonderful wall decor including oil paintings and framed mirrors. 

All customer parking will be on the the road. There will be no parking in the driveway. We are using that area for loading and unloading. Park appropriately and please don’t block driveways or mailboxes  

 Admittance to the sale will be at the rear of the house only. No front door access. You can begin the line at the back door and continue down the driveway.  Thanks again and see you soon!
