Please bring paper and boxes for the removal of your purchased items.
Just because you may see it in the photos does not guarantee that it will be there. The family has every right to remove the items before the start of the sale.

As with all storage units the tenant is allowed to pay off the storage fees and become current. If that occurs, we will remove the lot.
Once the auction closes you will have until June 27 to pay and remove the items. If that is not done, the storage facility (here in New Braunfels) will charge you storage fees.
