Bring your own assistant to help with the moving of large or heavy furniture.
Any, and all, firearms will be processed through a local FFL holder. The place we typically use is Freddy's Pawn on Seguin Avenue in New Braunfels.
The phone number associated with the company is the phone number for the Gruene Flea antique mall in New Braunfels and can not tell you pricing or if an item is still there.
Please bring paper and boxes for the removal of your purchased items.
Just because you may see it in the photos does not guarantee that it will be there. The family has every right to remove the items before the start of the sale.
We do not hand out numbers or have a sign-up sheet. Please line up in the order of arrival. Under most circumstances, the entrance will be through the garage.

A fine sale just north of town
The gentleman was a collector of fine things as a professor at the University of Alabama and later on in life
His collection of early Texas furniture was sent to the Museum of Texas Handmade Furniture
The Sophienburg were given several things, as well.
We were tasked to sell the remaining items of great things
His collection is diverse with porcelain, pottery, and glass, as well as furniture items
He has a nice assortment of antique linens, Oriental antiques, vintage Marx buildings with plenty of plastic men and horses, and hand-blown glass insects from Vittorio Costantini
There is a large assortment of art by older artists like William Langley (British, 1852 - 1922), Antonio Lonza (1846 - 1918), to newer painters like Mel Wiken (personal friend and the largest part of the collection)
You'll find art pottery from Dos Rios pottery (Oklahoma), Linda Gossett (Dallas), Paige pottery (Smithville, TX), Kathie and Ed Alonso pottery, vintage Van Briggle, and a few pieces of vintage Native American pottery
He also has an assortment of antique and vintage books, as well.
