*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day “most items” are 50%. Our clients reserve the right to establish a minimum price on some items.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the second or 3rd days.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time for this sale.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

Our client was an avid collector of south western pottery, art and decor. This home features 3 beds, on which is an electric adjustable bed. There’s a full set of American of Martinsville furniture in the master bedroom. There are two full sized sofas and 3 dining tables. If you need amazing, like new home furnishings this is the sale to stop by!

we have a large upright freezer and a mini fridge for sale as well as a matching Kenmore washer and dryer set. There’s a vintage MCM mint green singer sewing machine, two medium size flat screen TVs, a Wi game system, and a Bose speaker. The back yard is packed full of interesting decor, talavera pots, ceramic pots, plants, a wicker hanging egg chair, and so much more.
