A physical sign up sheet will go out at 9am Friday (first day of the sale) at the house.
*Golden Bow Designs / Estate Sales accepts credit cards and cash. Charges will appear as: GOLDEN BOW DESIGNS
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day “most items” are 50%. Our clients reserve the right to establish a minimum price on some items.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the second or 3rd days.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time for this sale.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
