*due to the cramped nature of the driveways at this property, all parking will be along the road outside the gate. Please take care not to block driveways. We will allow a limited number of people at a time in through the front gate with their vehicles for pick up of large/heavy items only after check out.
This is a large property so come with good walking shoes and be prepared to get a little exercise :)
A physical sign up sheet will go out at 9am Friday (first day of the sale) at the house.

*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased. We will have a mover on-site if needing to hire assistance, or a few other recommendations for moving companies.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off, 3rd day “most items” are 50%. Our clients reserve the right to establish a minimum price on some items.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the second or 3rd days.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 40 people at a time for this sale.
*Pets are not allowed in the house at client's request. Only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

Golden Bow Estate Sales

We have just started prepping this amazing, 9 acre hill country property off Bretzke Ln. please check back often for updated photos as we set up and display.
Gorgeous modern and rustic-chic furniture in all 4 bedrooms and the guest house. Many queen sized beds new or barely used. Racks and racks of women’s clothing in small and shoes size 6-7. Men’s clothing size L-XL and shoe size 11-12. There’s also a huge collection of hand bags, hats, and belts for both men and women as well as men’s designer cologne.
there’s a variety of Star Trek collectible plates and figures and well as a chess set. Our client is also parting with a collection of knives as well as signed collectible C. A. Pardell Native American statues.
There are many large Samsung flat screen, smart TVs and Bose speakers. The lady of the home was an interior decorator so there’s an abundance of art and home decor.
the backyard garden area is full of large urns, ceramic and clay pots, wrought iron and hanging plant baskets. The 5 car garage is full of tools, yard equipment, and more home decor. We have a disassembled pool table, a foosball game table, 6 fridges in various sizes and tables of Xmas decor.
